Suhru Wines. In 2018 the family opened their own tasting room. Suhru Wines has since grown into a full family affair. 8242018 Sue and her husband Russell Hearn the winemaker have been making wine together for 10 years. At Suhru our goal has always been to produce the wines we lovecrisp dry stainless steel ferment.
The vintage went well and was sold at farmer markets and within wholesale. At Suhru our goal is to make the wines we most enjoycrisp bright white wines and fruit forward red wines with soft tannins and medium body. Suhru Wines has since grown into a full family affair. Located on Main Road in Cutchogue directly across the street from Wickhams Fruit Farm is the Suhru Wines Tasting House serving the complete library of Suhru Wines and TJara Vineyards wines. Their goal has always been to source excellent fruit from the regions in New Yor. We strive to create easy drinking approachable food friendly wines that compliment our local environment and the local foods and produce grown in on the North Fork.
